We've done it several years and it gets better. Basic rule--separate workrooms. Easy for us since I work in silence and Bob likes his music the louder the better. Result: rooms at opposite parts of the house; fortunately the refrigerator and coffee pot are in the middle. We e-mail frequently. Hey, I may need to blog about this.
